A Journey of Transformation Through Touch

Reflexology is a non-invasive complementary therapy that involves applying targeted pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, ears, and face to promote systemic relaxation and wellness throughout the body.

How does it work?

A reflexologist will use their hands to apply pressure to certain areas of your foot based on where you’re having pain and discomfort.

Think about how it feels to have your foot rubbed. It’s relaxing and calms you down.

What Can I Expect in a First Reflexology Visit?

My Approach to Care

For me, reflexology is a natural extension of the care I have always given to others. My unique life experiences naturally inspired me to explore this path. Throughout my career, I have developed core qualities that sit at the heart of this compassionate and attentive practice:

  • Empathy and sensitivity: I listen attentively to create a warm, welcoming space where you can feel safe and at ease.
  • A genuine caring nature: I take pleasure in helping you feel deeply comfortable, relaxed, and supported.
  • An observant eye: I notice subtle physical and behavioural cues, approaching your session with care and awareness.

A foot soak, also called a foot bath, feels great after a long day on your feet.

Key Benefits of Foot Soaks

  • Relieves sore muscles: Warm water opens blood vessels to relax tight tissues and ease foot aches after standing all day.
  • Reduces swelling: Cool water constricts blood vessels to calm inflammation and fluid build up, while Epsom salts in warm water can also help reduce swelling.
  • Softens skin and nails: Soaking loosens dead skin, calluses, and ingrown toenails, making them easier to clean and trim safely.
  • Calms the mind: A warm foot bath triggers relaxation and lowers overall stress.

Important Safety Note: If you have diabetes, nerve damage (neuropathy), or poor circulation, avoid foot soaks unless your doctor approves, as it can lead to skin breakdown or burns. For more guidance, read the Cleveland Clinic Guide on Foot Soaks.

If you're treating a specific issue, tell me:
    • Are you dealing with pain, swelling, fungus, or dry skin?
    • Do you prefer warm or cool water?
I can help you pick the right ingredients and routine for your soak.
